Specifications and application form

• Shake the container well before use.
• Therglass ^®  Clean AC-20/ 05  can be applied neat or diluted in water, depending on the degree of contamination and absorption of the substrate (a prior test is recommended). It can also be used in sweeping machines. Use in high-pressure machines is not recommended.
• Apply Therglass ^®  Clean AC-20/ 05  to the surface to be cleaned, using a low-pressure backpack sprayer, a hand-held sprayer, or a brush.
• Leave to act for a maximum of 5 minutes.
• Once the deposits have softened, rinse the entire surface using a high-pressure cleaner or, failing that, brush with a stiff-bristled brush and then rinse with water while brushing at the same time.
• Do not let the product dry before rinsing with water.

Important:

• Do not dilute or mix with other substances, especially bleach (may release toxic chlorine gas).
• Protect aluminum, chrome and light alloys.
• On concrete, cement compounds, or artificial stone, DO NOT leave the product on for more than 3 minutes, as this may cause the surface to peel off, revealing the compound's aggregates. It is always recommended to perform a test to adjust the dilution.
• For correct application, the product must be used strictly when the temperature of the supports and the environment is between 5°C and 30°C.
• Do not apply in rain or strong wind.
• Once thoroughly rinsed with water and all traces of the product removed, allow to dry completely before applying consolidation treatments with Therglass ^®  Concrete  Inner .

Cleaning

Cleaning tools and work implements can be done with water.

Dosages and Consumption

The approximate yield of Therglass ^®   Clean AC-20/ 05 will depend on the degree of contamination and absorption of the support.

Therefore, exact consumption must be determined by carrying out tests in the workplace; however, a reference point (based on internal experience) could be taken as 1 litre of Therglass ^®  Clean AC-20/ 05 , to clean 3 to 6 m2 of surface.

Storage

Therglass ^®  Clean AC-20/05   does not require any special storage conditions, but it should be protected from sunlight and extreme temperatures. The product should be stored between 5 and 35°C.

Therglass ^®  Concrete Clean AC-20/05   has a shelf life of 18 months from its date of manufacture, if stored correctly and in its original packaging.
