TherGlass Concrete INNER HD-600 PLUS
It is a water-based internal sealant that acts as a high-concentration mineral and inorganic binder based on lithium nanosilicates.
It is a water-based internal sealer that acts as a highly concentrated mineral and inorganic binder based on lithium nanosilicates. It is a densifying agent for the solidification, consolidation, hardening, and preservation of mineral surfaces, especially concrete, protecting them from chlorides, aggressive liquids, and acids.
TherGlass® INNER HD-600 PLUS is indicated, among others, as a treatment for catalyzed nanocrystallization for surface reinforcement and protection for pavements in vulnerable areas, such as industrial and parking lots.
TherGlass® INNER HD-600 PLUS penetrates deeply through the capillaries, micro-cracks and pores of the concrete, reacting with the salts and minerals present in it to form a calcium silicate hydride with extreme resistance.
Specifications and application form
On horizontal concrete surfaces, TherGlass® INNER HD-600 PLUS can be poured and spread with a rubber broom, brush or polishing mop.
Avoid puddle formation during application and, if necessary, remove any excess; otherwise, shiny or white patches may form, impeding the adhesion of subsequent coatings. Full saturation is achieved after approximately 30-40 minutes.
The temperature must be ≥ +5°C during application and for the following 24 hours. Do not apply in full sun.
TherGlass® INNER HD-600 PLUS dries and crystallizes relatively quickly. Therefore, apply the treatment without interruption to a limited area. Remove any excess with a clean, dry cloth.
DRYING TIME:
-
Walkable after approx. 2 hours
-
It can be wet after 6 hours
-
Heavy traffic 24 hours a day.
-
Total resistance to aggressive liquids for 36 days.
Cleaning
Fresh tools and implements can be cleaned with water. If the material has hardened, it can only be cleaned mechanically.
