TherGlass® Concrete INNER CH Plus is a high-concentration mineral and inorganic binder that combines a base of lithium nano-silicates with a water-repellent complex compound of a nanotechnological sol-gel containing nanometric particles of silicon, titanium and zirconium oxides.
TherGlass® Concrete INNER CH Plus is an internal sealer that consolidates and waterproofs all types of mineral surfaces. It can be applied by immersion, directly to the substrate by impregnation, or can be added at the end of the floor vitrification process using high-speed rotary polishing machines.
Specifications and Application Form
TherGlass® Concrete INNER CH Plus can be applied by immersion, directly to the substrate by impregnation, or can be incorporated at the end of the floor vitrification process with high-speed rotary polishing machines.
TherGlass® Concrete INNER CH Plus is supplied ready-to-use and should not be mixed or diluted with other liquids. Shake the container before use. The surface to be treated must be free of dust, paint, grease, or any other coating that could impair the material's absorption capacity.
Visible damage and cracks (>1.0 mm) must be repaired before applying the treatment. Protect glass, aluminum, and other polished or painted surfaces to prevent abrasion. In case of splashes, wash immediately with water and, if necessary, clean with acid.
Apply with a low-pressure sprayer or a roller; apply in one or two additional coats without waiting for the first to dry (wet-on-wet), with approximately 5-15 minutes between each application, until fully saturated. Apply carefully, as the spray mist can be far-reaching and cause damage to glass.
On horizontal surfaces, TherGlass® Concrete INNER CH Plus can be poured and spread with a rubber broom, brush or polishing mop.
Avoid puddles during application and, if necessary, remove any excess; otherwise, shiny or white patches may form. Full saturation is achieved after approximately 30-40 minutes.
The temperature must be ≥ +5°C during application and for the following 24 hours. Do not apply in full sun.
TherGlass® Concrete INNER CH Plus dries and crystallizes relatively quickly. Therefore, apply the treatment without interruption to a limited area. Remove any excess with a clean, dry cloth.
Protected drying is recommended for the first 24 hours, although optimal effectiveness is achieved after 2-7 days of drying.
The treated support cannot be coated with another coating.
